This scene is a reference to one in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, where Eddie and his waitress girlfriend are sitting very close in a theater and then Roger pops up, sighing as he watches them about to make out. He says the same thing as Boeing does here.

The whole point of this strip was to get to use the “Om nom nom” phrase which was part of the recent Legoes section of Legostar Galactica. It made me laugh every time I read it. And no, I’ve never had goat, lightly toasted or otherwise, so I can’t tell if it’s really all that good or not.
