As with Stonewall’s civvies, this is the first time we’ve seen Silence out of costume. She has hair under that hood of hers! One of the interesting problems I’ve had with creating character looks for the S-Team is a lack of “civilian” minifigures upon which to draw. Ninety-five percent of all my LEGO sets are either Classic Space, early Castle, or Star Wars. I’ve had to be creative and buy the occasional small City set.

BTW, if anyone has any Cowboy characters they’d like to part with, I’m sure I could find a use for them. With my minor Old West obsession, I’m sure the S-Team may be time-travelling sooner or later.

Poor Stonewall. He’s like the Rodney Dangerfield of the S-Team; he gets no respect. I tried a few different looks for him with my supply of minifigure body parts, but this was the one that I thought was the most humorous.

This is a play on the old vaudevillian standby. Mugger: “Your money or your life.” Pause. Mugger: “Well…?” Victim: “I’m thinking it over.”

I always assumed that Stonewall only wore a pair of shorts (or sexy black Speedos if you prefer) and nothing else. With a body made of stone, there wasn’t need for anything else. Have you ever noticed the “No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service” signs? Ever seen one that said “No Pants”? Me neither.

I actually have no idea what they say about ninjas on dates. But I just enjoyed having Stretch teasing here. His face, borrowed from a Han Solo minifigure, seems perfect for such antisocial behavior. And Smokescreen makes a great straight man for a comedy duo.
